Hardwood Floors Denver

Why should you choose hardwood floors and how can you find the right Hardwood Floors for your home?

It’s always a challenge to decorate your home and make it look amazing. Sure, you do want to have lots of decorative pieces, but more often than not it’s your floor that will set the tone and style for your home. Which is why it makes a lot of sense to use Hardwood Floors Denver. Hardwood is a great material for any floor, and while it does come with its fair share of maintenance, the return on investment can be nothing short of amazing.

Clean and safe

When you want to find the right flooring Denver options, you should consider Hardwood Floors because they are very safe and clean. They are a sanitary option because every piece of debris will not be absorbed or hidden. There’s no real place for the debris to hide. As a result, you can find it a lot easier and that means you will have no problem eliminating the debris as quickly as possible with little to no consequences. This really comes in handy especially if you have family members with allergies or if you want to have a clean, safe home.

Amazing attention to detail

One of the main reasons why a lot of people opt for Hardwood Floors Denver is because they look amazing. Hardwood might be one of the oldest flooring materials out there, but it does have astounding attention to detail, it looks amazing every time. Plus, it never goes out of style. If anything, it gives a classy appeal to your home, and the return on investment can be second to none all the time.

Also, there are a plethora of wood types to choose from and that makes Hardwood Floors Denver a very good option for everyone. You can pick a variety of grain patterns, designs, consistencies and colors. So in the end you can easily create the design you want without having to worry about any problems or challenges.

Most of the time every type of flooring Denver you choose can either chip or break, and that can be a huge problem. That’s where sustainability comes into play for Hardwood Floors Denver. The benefit here is that the annual net growth for hardwoods is better than the average annual removal date. As a result, you will find lots of hardwood flooring options on the market. And you won’t have a problem replacing these Hardwood Floors, all you have to do is to make the right pick and you will be just fine.

There’s no need for major maintenance

When you opt for Hardwood Floors Denver, you don’t need to worry about maintenance that much. And that’s because hardwood floors are sealed surfaces, they have a protective layer of finish as well. What that means is these floors are stain-resistant, and it helps to have this type of benefit and value all the time.

While Hardwood Floors can be scratched, dented, damaged, scuffed or scraped, you have to keep in mind that you can also repair them. There are smoothing, sanding or refinishing services specifically for hardwood flooring Denver, so the results on their own can be nothing short of astounding in the end. But for the most part you will notice that you don’tneed to replace hardwood floors, so you always get a tremendous value for the money no matter what.

How can you choose the right Hardwood Floor?

Finding the best Hardwood Floors Denver can be quite challenging, especially since there are so many options out there. But what you have to keep in mind here is that there are 2 main types of hardwood. You have engineered hardwood and solid hardwood. You have pros and cons for each one of them.

Engineered hardwood is manufactured wood, you have layers of around 4mm in thickness at the top and the bottom. The middle is created out of 5-7 layers of plywood. Solid hardwood is simpler, this one is made out of a single plank of solid wood. The thickness is roughly ¾  of an inch. You can sand it down and refine it if you want to.

Upon choosing the right flooring Denver, you do have to keep in mind durability, style and costs. Normally you want durable Hardwood Floors if you have pets, lots of foot traffic in your home or if you just look for some long-term durable hardwood. If you’re more focused on staining and colors, then you will need to go with a softer species if you can do that. If you want very durable Hardwood Floors, then it’s a good idea to check on the wood type hardiness. You can find hardiness lists for most wood species out there. All you need is to consult this, and you will be just fine.

Most of the time it’s your lifestyle that will continually push this and rush it to the next level, so you have to make it as appealing and as interesting as possible, then it will be just fine. Also, think about your budget. There are Hardwood Floors Denver that will cost a lot of money, some of which are more affordable. Pricing plays a major role when it comes to choosing the right flooring options, so don’t hesitate and focus on that as much as possible.

Things you need to keep in mind

You have to realize that the floor you choose will become the foundation of your home from a color standpoint. You can go lighter or darker, but you do need to adapt everything based on this choice. Which is why we encourage you not to rush this process, be focused and careful to ensure everything works the way you want. And it will end up being well worth the effort.

Should you go with lengthier or shorter planks? That depends on how much space you have and how you want your space to look. The wide and long planks are suitable for larger spaces. If you have a small room or kitchen, you want smaller planks if possible. Those longer planks might still work, but you can end up with lots of unused planks and tons of cutting because it won’t work the way you want to.

Professionals recommend that you use engineered hardwood below the grade floor installation. You don’t want to use solid wood below grade because this will end up dealing with moisture. But other than that they are both great options to keep in mind, and you will enjoy that all the same. The trick is to know what you are getting into and actively focus on adapting to the situation you are dealing with.

If your home has lots of natural light and tons of windows, then you can use dark floors for better contrast. But if your home doesn’t have lots of windows to begin with and you have a lack of natural light, then it does make sense to at least optimize that by adding some lighter colored floors. It makes a lot of sense and the results are certainly worth the effort in the end.

These guys are fantastic. We’ve done two rooms so far and will cover the bedrooms in bamboo floors. We called to place and order and the floors were done within a week. They are fast!! The most beautiful selection of material. The installers we gentle and kind and did a great job. I love the floor and will call them again soon.

We have used Chase Torri Hardwood 2x; one job was larger than the other. Size of the job didn’t matter. Both times the work was professionally done and the results were equally beautiful. Chase Torri Hardwood has consistently provided caring and attentive customer service,(including cleaning up before they leave), dependability, integrity and extraordinary craftsmanship. We highly recommend Chase Torri Hardwood

The best! The guys over at Torri hardwood truly did a great job from start to finish. Our hardwood floors were not cared for properly so all the coating wore off. With little kids, they were getting new stains on them daily and in danger of having to be totally replaced. Chase and his crew came in, moved all of our stuff out, replaced the damaged boards and recoated them with a protective finish. They look like new and completely durable now with almost no maintenance. The guys at Torri hardwood were honest, knowledgeable, timely, and most importantly did a great job. Would highly recommend for any wood floor job.
